Meet Trevón

He has come to carry many roles through his journey from basketball to leadership and ministry. As a former University of Virginia basketball player, self-leadership coach, campus minister, and CEO, his path has been shaped by hard work, dedication, and a deep passion for empowering others. Starting as a manager and earning a scholarship at UVA, he later played overseas, learning the value of teamwork and perseverance along the way.

Since 2019, he has committed to helping leaders unlock their potential, using his experience and core values of integrity, faith, and excellence to develop leaders in both business and ministry.

As a business and church leader, Trevón works with individuals and organizations to ensure they fulfill their purpose and make a lasting impact.
