Meet Trevón Gross Jr.
He has come to carry many roles through his journey from basketball to leadership and ministry. As a former University of Virginia basketball player, self-leadership coach, campus minister, and CEO, his path has been shaped by hard work, dedication, and a deep passion for empowering others. Starting as a manager and earning a scholarship at UVA, he later played overseas, learning the value of teamwork and perseverance along the way.
Since 2019, he has committed to train business and ministry leaders to maximize their potential using biblical truth, leadership and business principles, and his experience.
Trevón works with individuals and teams to ensure they fulfill their purpose and make a lasting impact.
