About Trevón

Trevón Gross Jr. is a leader dedicated to helping people break through fear, step into their calling, and achieve their biggest goals. He wears many hats—husband, father, author, campus minister, and leadership coach—all united by one mission: to develop leaders who boldly embrace their calling and make a difference in communities and culture.

As the Campus Minister at Hope Cathedral, Trevón is responsible for leading and shepherding the Woodstown, NJ campus. He equips and develops leaders within the church, helping them grow spiritually, serve with excellence, and build a thriving community that leads people to live for Jesus. His heart for ministry is rooted in seeing individuals embrace their purpose and walk boldly in faith.

As a Leadership Coach, Trevón equips business and ministry leaders with the mindset, strategies, and systems to lead with confidence, build with purpose, and make a lasting impact. He coaches and trains founders, CEOs, and ambitious entrepreneurs to build profitable and purpose-driven businesses, providing them with the tools to overcome fear, create irresistible offers, and implement systems that allow for time freedom and sustainable growth.

Trevón is also the Founder & CEO of Craft Your Dream, Inc., a non-profit coaching organization that equips dreamers to achieve big goals by mastering self-leadership, building strong foundations, and taking bold action.
